Indelible, a national management consulting firm, reaffirmed the commitment it made last year to support the Southwest region of Florida until the recovery efforts following Hurricane Ian conclude. Through its creation of Indelible Impacts, a nonprofit organization that formalizes its Indelible Gives initiative, Indelible’s founder and C.E.O., Joshua Hay identified three organizations whose work continues to impact the Ft. Myers community: the city’s S.T.A.R.S. Complex, the New Life Worship Center (N.L.W.C.), and the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Management (I.D.I.E.M.)

Indelible Impacts pledged $50,000 to the S.T.A.R.S. facility to continue the mission of the Complex spelled out in its name, Success Through Academic and Recreational Support. The center offers community members the opportunity to receive academic assistance and participate in organized sports and dancing. The S.T.A.R.S. Complex is a critical epicenter of community for the city and served as the location of the firm’s Christmas toy and giveaway event, Indelible Gives.

Indelible also donated $25,000 to the New Life Worship Center. N.L.W.C. is a Ft. Myers-based church whose outreach to youth, families, and small groups has made them a trusted community partner. Indelible is proud to assist in the work they do in the community and celebrate the assistance the N.L.W.C. has offered in multiple Indelible outreach initiatives.

Finally, Indelible pledged $25,000 to I.D.I.E.M., an organization whose mission is to provide training programs for emergency management professionals and promote a holistic approach to emergency management by integrating social equality, ultimately increasing the representation of women and people of color in the field.

The funding provided by Indelible Impacts will be used to advance these organizations’ missions and promote outreach and programming. These donations follow through on the promise Indelible made to Ft. Myers following Hurricane Ian; impacted groups in the Ft. Myers area are a part of the Indelible community, not only after disasters but also moving forward.
